Retired officer beaten over Uddhav cartoon

A retired Indian Navy officer was beaten up by around 8 to 10 men, some of them identified as Shiv Sena party workers, at his housing society entrance on Friday. The accused objected to a cartoon featuring Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray that he had forwarded on WhatsApp.
