Reconsider decision on 'symbolic' kanwar yatra: SC to UP
The Supreme Court on Friday said that the Uttar Pradesh government cannot go ahead with kanwar yatra in view of Centre's stand that movement of kawanriyas cannot be allowed because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The court granted one last opportunity to the state government to reconsider its decision and brief the court on Monday otherwise it will pass order.
