'Ready to appear before police if no arrest guaranteed'

Twitter India managing director Manish Maheshwari on Tuesday agreed to appear in person before the Uttar Pradesh police, if they guarantee no arrest. Maheshwari was recently summoned by Ghaziabad police in UP in a probe into an objectionable video posted in connection with an assault on an elderly Muslim man.
