Rakul shocked with reports naming her in drug probe

Rakul Preet Singh moved the Delhi High Court against media trial, after her name surfaced in the drugs-related probe, in connection to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Her plea stated that she was a non-smoker, a teetotaller, into fitness, yoga and meditation and is also known for her healthy lifestyle. According to ANI her plea read, "In recognition of her popularity, clean image and public service, the Telangana government appointed her in 2017 as the brand ambassador for the "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao" programme. She is also associated with various brands, including Samsung mobiles.”
