No changes made under CGST Act, CBIC clarifies
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs on Tuesday clarified that no changes have been made under Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017. Taking it to Twitter, the tax policy body replied to a user -- who shared an image of the fake order -- and wrote, "Please note that no such order (dated September 28) has been issued and consider this as fake."
