A day after two constables were arrested for the hooch deaths in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday ordered the transfer of Ujjain SP Manoj Singh and ASP Rupesh Dwivedi and the suspension of city SP Rajnish Kashyap.
