A former aide of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has come out with a second video clip to take a swipe at the latter. Titled 'Love You Pappu', the roughly 2-minute 30-second video clip is about the letter written by 23 senior Congress leaders to party’s interim president Sonia Gandhi just ahead of the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting held on August 24.
