Covid drugs: India, SA seek waiver of patents, IP

India and South Africa have sought waiver of patents and intellectual property under provisions of the Trade Related Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), from the World Trade Organisation for prevention, containment and treatment of Covid-19.
